Circular route that starts and ends in Termas de Monfortinho MTB centre. This is a challenging route for experienced mountain bikers. The route crosses Monfortinho town centre and follows through an abandoned village near Serra de Piedras Niñas, characterized by its curious rock formations that look like girls, following along the Arades creek to Salvaterra do Extremo and then reaches Torre village. The route continues till River Erges, following the river bank-side almost until the end of the route.
