After a common start with all the other circuits, this route leaves P19 to pass Aradas village and climb to S.Jorge da Beira Portela (mountain pass). From here enter a new downhill single track section to arrive to Meãs village where starts a challenge climb facing Cebola summit and the route's highest point (1124m).From here the views are gorgeous and starts a crazy and tricky downhill to Ceiroco. The route become smoother by a water channel track ("vala") and arrive to Ponte de Fajão by an old and technical single track. Climb through old trail to Fajão Schist Village. Now follows the long distance trail (GR21.1) until a forest house where the route goes right downhill to Vale Derradeiro and Sanguessuga. It connects to P19 in Cabril and crosses the dam wall to the finish.
