Beginning and ending at the Centro de Atividades Radicais e Ambientais (Environmental and Radical Activities Center) of Vilarinho de São Roque - former elementary school of this place, this circular path, goes down into the valley, passing by the Chapel of São Roque. Following the narrow street of Lugar de Baixo, it has the Fílveda River and the Regatinho mills as destination. Continuing upstream, the path follows the old watercourse of the crop weir, once used to carry the water to the crop fields. Arriving at the crop weir, the route heads towards the village down a forest path, passing by a few typical shrines and the single track of Tendal, where the flax was grown and prepared.
