In a circular route with an "Average" degree of difficulty and approximately 7 km, the SET7 offers us a steep slope of 522 m, almost always by trails or dirt roads. With starting and ending points at the BP Gas Station/Restaurant, the visitor is invited to walk paths that lead to places like the Serra de S. Luís, the Pedreiras, the Chapel of S. Luís, the Esteval Villa and the Biovila Estate. Visitors can glimpse unique views from Castle of Palmela, the Vale dos Barris or the Serra do Louro.
