Circular route beginning and ending at the MTB Center. This is a moderate route, excellent for those who are beginners in the mountain biking sport. This route skirts the banks of Ribeira da Fróia stream, passing though the villages of Pedreira and Sobreira Formosa. The route is shaped like an 8 figure, that allows a greater range of options for the user. It continues to the Schist Village of Figueira, passing through the villages of Pereiro and Oliveiras.
