Circular route beginning and ending at the MTB Center. This is a very difficult route, so it is advisable a good physical preparation to do it. Valleys and streams, full of life and color, is what this spectacular route offers. Passing through the villages of Penafalcão, Alvito da Beira, Cerejeira, Casal da Ribeira, Carregais, Chão do Galego, Giesteiras Cimeiras, Figueira, Vale d'Urso, Proença-a-Nova, Amoreira, Casalinho, Atalaia, Pucariço, Porteleiros, Pedreira, Fróia and Oliveiras. There are several main points of interest along this route, like the municipality river beaches - Fróia, Alvito da Beira, Cerejeira - and the geological monument of 'Portas do Almourão' (also, a reference point of the route), as well as the nesting place of the resident colony of Griffins.
