Circular route beginning and ending at the MTB Center. This is a difficult route that passes through the villages of Penafalcão, Giesteiras Cimeiras, Figueira, Pereiro, Ripanço, Marcelino, Fróia and Oliveiras. The route follows the Penafalcão stream and later the Chão do Galego stream. Once it passes the Ribeira da Fróia stream, it follows the Figueira stream, in a route where the water is always within sight.
